Resident of Uttarakhand:- “Upload one document from the list provided for Resident proof“

i) Domicile Certificate/Permanent Resident Certificate ii) Certificate from Employer (if Central/State Govt. or PSU employee) iii) Electricity/Water Bill (at least 1 year old) or Rent Agreement + Tenant Verification (if claiming 1+ year stay) iv) Beneficiary card/number of a State/Central Govt. scheme (if applicable)

Provide any one document from the mentioned list as proof of age”

i) Birth Certificate ii) PAN Card iii) Passport iv) Transfer/School Leaving/Matriculation Certificate v) Policy Bond (Life Insurance) showing DOB vi) Extract of Service Record (Govt. Servants) vii) Pay Pension Order (Retired Govt. Servants) viii) Election Photo Identity Card ix) Driving License

For individuals who are nationals of countries other than India

i) Extracts of Passport

If the individual's previous relationship status is Divorcee

i) Decree of Divorce

If the individual's previous relationship status is Divorcee through Customary Laws (prior to 27 January 2025)

i) Proof of Dissolution of Marriage

If the individual's previous relationship status is Marriage Annulled

i) Decree of Nullity

If the individual's previous relationship status is Marriage Annulled through Customary Laws (prior to 27 January 2025)

i) Proof of Nullification of Marriage

If the individual's previous relationship status is Widow/Widower

i) Death Certificate of Spouse

If the individual's previous relationship status is Live-in Partner Deceased

i) Death Certificate of deceased female/male live-in partner

If the individual's previous relationship status at the time of marriage is Terminated Live-in Relationship

i) Certificate of Terminated Live-In Relationship

Provide any one document of proof for Owned Shared Household

i) Last Electricity Bill or Water Bill of Utility Company. ii) Last Electricity Bill or Water Bill of RWA

Provide any one document of proof along with 'Rent Agreement' for Rented Shared Household

i) Last Electricity Bill or Water Bill of Utility Company ii) Last Electricity Bill or Water Bill of RWA

If Woman or Man either of them is a party to the rent agreement (For Resident(s) Intending to enter into a Live-in Relationship)

i) NOC from Landlord
